CHOCOLATE MAKING MASTERCLASS AT SALTMARSH FARMHOUSE
WITH AWARD WINNING NOBLE AND STACE CHOCOLATIERS
We are excited to welcome the very talented Mike from Noble & Stace in June (date to be confirmed!)
Join us for a morning of making fresh cream truffles, espresso truffles and your own unique solid chocolate Tablettes. With a maximum of 8 people you will learn how to make ganache fillings, pipe truffles, use striking coloured cocoa butters and hand roll truffles.
Most importantly, and often a skill that escapes people at home, we learn two different methods of tempering chocolate.
This practical and fun workshop lasts around 3½ hours, with you making everything yourselves under the supervision of Head Chocolatier, Mike.
By the end of the class you'll go home with everything you create packaged up in gift boxes. That's around 15 decadent fresh cream truffles, 20 espresso truffles and 3 Tablettes.
£125 inclusive of Coffee/Tea, 2 course lunch & glass of wine.
Please note we need a minimum of 6 budding chocolatiers for this masterclass to run.
